I think that the website is great which would be a challenge as you have so many variations to deal with! It is clear and intuitive to follow. Some of the more complex (it won't be to you!) print tallk is a little challenging for those of us who are not 'print people' but i am not completely sure what you could do to improve this.

I have to say that the website is much improved. Clear and easy to use. Two little things - although it refreshes automatically when you change quantities when you click away, which is good, it is a better experience if you had a refresh button as well, just to avoid any anxiety! Also there is not a 'back step' in the ordering process (though the ordering process is easy and very quick) so I found myself going right back to the beginning when I made the wrong selection. Things I like: easy to see the products and nice that I can see past projects so I know what I ordered the last time. Very happy with the service and website - keep up the good work!

I spent ages searching for a company who could deliver my order by 28/4/11 and was really struggling and getting quite stressed about it, when I came across your company. I was a bit confused about what I needed and so decided to phone for help. All my enquires were handled by Natalie, who was brilliant. She had excellent product knowledge and was very helpful at all times and even phoned me back when she said she would.... a very rare quality these days! I found the site fairly easy to use, but each time I loaded my pdf file, it said that it wasn't good enough quality and looked poor on screen. However I e-mailed each file to Natalie, who checked then and said they were fine. I would maybe be concerned that someone in a similar position may have given up at that stage and gone elsewhere.

Hi, Firstly I am pleased with the resultant business cards, which arrived by courier on Friday. I looked at several other sites before choosing your site. I liked the fact that I could get on to uploading the design quickly, the instructions for the card dimensions, bleed and DPI were clear and the card preview gave me a chance to see how it would look before submitting. Some sites want you to register first and this is not a good idea from a customers point of view. Cost was also competitive, certainly having more options on the amount of cards ordered. Some sites only allow 500 min. Speed of turnaround was also very good. Ordered Tuesday delivered Friday. Overall, a very professional experience and one I would recommend to others.

I have just bought some posters to advertise a beer festival I am holding shortly, and I am delighted with the quality of the print and paper used. The price was very reasonable, and delivery was quick.

I liked the fact that I could design my own artwork, allowing me to retain full control over it, but was slightly daunted by the prospect of learning how to use Word to create it, and then trying to scale up to A3 size etc. I was slightly disappointed the templates weren't available for use, but this was fully explained by your prompt email. I am also new to the pub business, and I appreciate that things take time.

I tried to use the poster discount code you sent me but, unfortunately, the website would not accept it.

I like the way the website is set out - it is very clear and easy to use and the glossary of terms is incredibly helpful for someone who knows nothing about printing techniques!
